A little while back we made our way out to the Hamptons for a shoot with the today Show’s Jill Rappaport, where she hosted us at her amazing home and horse ranch for an afternoon of shooting. We were out to make a cover and interior images for Tails Magazine, again pairing with the great editorial gang out in Chicago. Jill has a lot of energy, and her pets, all rescues, show a lot of appreciation and adoration in return. We nailed our cover, and too made some photos that will help Jill with her rescue efforts.

I’m also psyched to see a lot of the bicycle photography we made finally make it to print, within the pages of a new book out about the best and the raddest of the 1980s BMX bikes. I was there for that history, skinning my knees and getting as much air as I could on my Mongoose and Kuwahara – so it’s not a surprise I ended up restoring a few of the bikes I could find while I was at it.
